Hi, I’m Patrick Johnson, founder of Storage Auctions Australia.
Having worked directly in the Australian self-storage industry, I’ve seen firsthand what facility teams deal with when managing unpaid units, auctions, winning bidders, identification, cleaning bonds and collections.
I created Storage Auctions Australia because I believed the entire process could be made simpler, safer and more professional for facilities and their staff.
This platform has been designed around real operational experience — not just the auction itself, but everything that happens before and after it.
My goal is simple: to give Australian storage facilities an auction platform that works for them, protects their staff and customers, and removes as much unnecessary administration and risk as possible.
