5. Payments and Stripe
Payments, cleaning deposits, identity checks and facility payouts may be processed through Stripe or another secure payment provider. Storage Auctions Australia does not store your complete card number or bank-account details.
Stripe handles payment and bank information under its own privacy policy and security procedures. We may receive limited payment-status, payout-status and verification-status information needed to operate the Platform.
6. When we disclose information
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, including to:
- the storage facility connected with an auction you bid on or win;
- service providers that help with hosting, authentication, data storage, email, payment processing, identity checks and support;
- professional advisers, insurers, regulators or law-enforcement agencies where required or permitted by law; and
- a purchaser or successor if our business or assets are sold or transferred.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
7. Overseas service providers
