Create your bidder account

Register your bidder account and complete your profile so you are ready to participate when the right storage unit appears.

Find an auction

Browse units, photos, descriptions, location, access details and collection requirements. Check the distance before bidding — collection and removal of the contents are your responsibility if you win.

Bid your way

Place normal bids or set a maximum bid and let the system bid for you up to that amount. Live bidding and our 2-minute soft-close protection give bidders a fair opportunity to respond near closing time.

Win and pay securely online

If you win, complete payment through the platform. Your checkout includes the winning bid, the 17.5% buyer’s premium and any cleaning deposit shown for the auction.

Verify, collect and clear the unit

Complete any required identity verification, follow the auction’s collection arrangements and remove the entire job lot. The facility records the handover and finalises the cleaning-deposit outcome after inspection.

Check the facility location and collection windows before bidding. If you win, you are responsible for collecting and removing the contents.

Your bid is for the unit contents as a whole, based on the listing and photos. Sales are final subject to the auction terms and rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

You must be 18 or older. This may be matched against verified photo ID if you win.
